Best Gables Memory
I had the misfortune of only attending CGH my senior year (moved here Sept.
1957 from Detroit). Singing the alma mater in the front hall the last day
was
probably the most moving event.
What I’m doing now
Retired Hospital Chaplain; working as a legal assistant.
Special Events in my life
After raising three children as a single mom (was divorced when they were
7,8 & 12) I
put myself through college at night, obtaining both a Batchelor and Masters
Degree
from Barry University. I did a 2 year chaplaincy residency (36 hour shifts)
starting at
the age of 50!!! Not too bad for a granny!
